"Victory", a soothing lyrical balm, is a song that was birth in Iris Parks' spirit as a result of her life-threatening experience in a hospital emergency room. "The doctors didn't know what was wrong", says Parks. Experiencing symptoms of meningitis, Parks almost died from the medications given to treat her illness. Her saving grace during this trying time was none but the Savior himself. Parks called on Jesus and asked the Lord if he let her out of that hospital bed, she would praise Him and sing His word. The Lord blessed Parks by answering her prayer for healing. In keeping with her vow, Parks continues to honor the Father by lifting her voice to bless him in song.
